Blog Award

First things first. I wana thank my fellow blogger friend dreamzandclouds for honouring me with my first blog award. It feels great when you get appreciated (no matter how small or big the appreciation) for doing something that you love. So thank u dreamzandclouds and you must know that i admire the passion you have for books and reading!!

To the award now.......

"LIEBSTER AWARD" is basically a form of appreciation bestowed upon new Bloggers who have a following of less than 200 to encourage them to contribute more. :)
There are a few rules that u must abide by once u receive the award and they are as follows:

1. Each nominee must link back the person who nominated them
2. Answer the 10 questions which are given to you by the nominator.
3. Nominate up to 10 other bloggers for this award who have less than 200 followers.
4. Create 10 questions for your nominees to answer.
5. Let the nominees know that they have been nominated by going to their blog and notifying them.

The 10 questions by my nominator are:

1.    What do you like best about blogging?

I love the freedom the blogging world gives you. In the blogosphere, you can be what you fancy! 

2.    What is your favorite post on your own blog till now?

My favorite post on my blog will have to be the post i did on my tattoo, here

3.    Are you a tea or coffee person?

Neither, but if i have to choose i guess il go for Tea.

4.    What did you want to be when you were little?

My interest changed every week when i was lil'. I wanted to be a doctor, a fashion designer, a social worker, a hippie.... i was crazy a crazy kid.

5.    Three things you would not leave home without?

Sunscreen, my wallet and my cell phone

6.    What makes you happy?

The lil' things in life make me happy... catching up with friends, a hearty meal, shopping, dancing, dressing up and sometimes just lying down and reminiscing the old days fills me with joy.

7.    What is the most craziest/different thing you have done that even you had not expected of yourself?

I will have to say that getting tattooed is the craziest thing I have ever done considering my low threshold for pain :)

8.    What is the name of the book/movie (or both) that touched you the most?

I’m not much of a reader but the book that touched me the most was "The Kite Runner" by Khaled Hosseini. I couldn't stop crying throughout the book.

9.    What is your dream destination?

Here i take the liberty to name more than one destinations ... Cabo (San Lucas), Rio de janeiro (Brazil) and Sicily.

10. If you were granted three magic wishes, what would you wish for?

A happy and healthy life for my family, ability to fly and the power to heal people.
